1) Efficacy, effect

Treatment of benign essential blepharospasm in adults aged 18 years and older, moderate to severe glabellar lines associated with corrugator muscle and/or procerus muscle activity in adults aged 65 years and younger temporary improvement

2) Usage and dosage

eyebrow wrinkles Dilute to 100 U/2.5 mL (4 U/0.1 mL) with 0.9% preservative-free sterile saline. Using a 30-gauge injection needle, inject 0.1 mL each to a total of 5 sites, two of each corrugator muscle and one of the procerus muscle, for a total of 20U.
