1) Efficacy, effect

Seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, chronic idiopathic urticaria, skin pruritus

2) Usage and dosage

10 mg once a day orally administered before bedtime, appropriately increased or decreased according to age and symptoms.
