1) Efficacy, effect

2) Usage and dosage

1. Adults and children over 12 years old Take 2 tablets twice a day, every 12 hours, orally after meals. For long-term administration of more than 14 days, administer 1 tablet twice a day as a maintenance dose, and for severe infections, administer 3 tablets once at the maximum dose. 2. Children under the age of 12 Referring to the following dosage, administer 6 mg of trimethoprim and 30 mg of sulfamethoxazole per kg of body weight twice a day in divided doses. 6 to 11 years old: 1 tablet at a time, 2 times a day 3 to 5 years old: 1/2 tablet at a time, 2 times a day 3. Patients with renal impairment Creatinine clearance (mL/min) Volume over 30 15～30 15 or less normal dose 1/2 the normal dose dosing is not recommended 4. Pneumocystis carini pneumonia 20 mg of trimethoprim and 100 mg of sulfamethoxazole per kg of body weight are administered in 4 divided doses per day for 14 days.
