1) Efficacy, effect

Gastric hyperacidity (including those related to gastritis and gastric/duodenal ulcer), heartburn, stomach discomfort, gastric distension, stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, renal belching

2) Usage and dosage

Adults take 1 packet per time, 3 times a day between meals [between meals] and at bedtime. Dosing interval should be at least 4 hours.
