1) Efficacy, effect

1. Endocrine disorders: primary and secondary adrenocortical insufficiency, acute adrenocortical insufficiency, adreno-adrenal syndrome

2. Rheumatic disorders

As adjuvant therapy for short-term administration to prevent acute progression or worsening, the following diseases: rheumatoid arthritis, polyarthritis, osteoarthritis, acute gouty arthritis, acute and subacute bursitis, epicondylitis, acute non-specific tenosynovitis, polyarthritis.

3. Collagen diseases: systemic lupus erythematosus, acute rheumatic carditis, systemic dermatomyositis (polymyositis), scleroderma, rheumatic fever

4. Skin diseases: pemphigus, severe psoriasis, neurodermatitis, edematous sclerosis in adults, lichen

5. Allergic diseases: bronchial asthma, contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, serum sickness, seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis, drug hypersensitivity reaction, urticaria, hay fever, anaphylactic shock.

6. Eye diseases: iritis, iridocyclitis, chorioretinitis, keratitis

2) Usage, dosage

Dexamethasone phosphate is usually administered to adults as follows depending on the method of administration.

1) Intravenous or intramuscular injection: 2-8mg once every 3-6 hours

2) Drop injection: 2-10 mg once, 1-2 times a day3) Intra-articular injection, intrabursal injection: 0.8-5 mg once, in principle, the administration interval is more than 2 weeks.

4) Intra soft tissue injection: 2-6 mg once, in principle, at an administration interval of 2 weeks or more5) Intra-hay injection: 0.8-2.5 mg once, in principle, at an administration interval of 2 weeks or more.

6) Local intradermal injection: 0.05-0.1 mg per time, up to 1 mg once a week. 7) Subconjunctival injection: once

0.4-2.5mg

8) Postoral injection: : : 1-5mg once

However, it should be increased or decreased appropriately depending on age and symptoms.
