Adults and children over 8 years old:

Take 10-20 g (1-2 packets) of polyethylene glycol 4000 per day. Depending on symptoms, especially children, you can take 10 g (1 packet) every two days. Dissolve 10 g (1 packet) of this medicine in a glass of water and take it. It is recommended to take it in the morning, and the effect of this drug becomes evident within 1 to 2 days (24 to 48 hours) after taking it. This drug should not be administered to children for more than 3 months.
