○ Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day, before breakfast and dinner, for 8 days. From then on, take 2 capsules twice a day, before breakfast and dinner.
○ Children (7-12 years old): Take 1 capsule once a day before dinner for 8 days, then take 1 capsule twice a day before breakfast and dinner.
○ Children (3-6 years old): Take 1/2 capsule once a day before dinner for 8 days, then take 1/2 capsule twice a day, once.
