2) Usage, dosage

Treatment begins with testosterone enanthate, administered by slow intramuscular injection of 250 mg every 2 to 3 weeks.

Dosing intervals should be individualized based on clinical response and severity of testosterone deficiency. Serum testosterone levels are measured before starting treatment and during treatment at the end of the injection period. If serum levels are higher than normal, the injection interval can be extended, and if serum levels are lower than normal, the dosing interval can be shortened.
