Normally, the recommended dose for adults (including the elderly) is 5 mg once a day. If necessary, up to 10 mg once a day.

For the following patients, adjustment of usage and dosage is necessary.
1. Patients with renal impairment: For patients with mild and moderate renal impairment (creatinine clearance > 30ml/min), there is no need to adjust the dose.
