Frequent use of tadalafil in adult men

For patients who are expected to take the drug (at least twice a week), the recommended dose is up to 5 mg once a day and is recommended to be taken at the same time of day. This medication should be placed on the tongue immediately after taking it out of the individual package, dissolved, and taken without water. The suitability of continuous daily dosing regimens should be reassessed periodically.

2. Once daily use for benign prostatic hyperplasia

The recommended dose of this drug for once-daily administration is 5mg, which is taken at approximately the same time every day.

3. Once a day for erectile dysfunction and benign prostatic hyperplasia

The recommended dose of this drug for once-daily administration is 5mg, which should be taken at approximately the same time every day, regardless of the time of sexual activity.

4. Special groups

● Use in elderly men

No dosage adjustments are required in elderly patients.

● Use in men with renal dysfunction

- Erectile dysfunction

No dose adjustment is required in patients with mild to moderate renal impairment. Tadalafil once daily dosage is not recommended for patients with severe renal impairment. [Refer to Precautions for Use 3.2) and 11.2) Pharmacokinetic Properties].

- Mild benign prostatic hyperplasia

No dosage adjustment is required in patients with renal impairment. Tadalafil once daily dosage is not recommended for patients with severe renal impairment. [Refer to Precautions for Use 3.3) and 11.2) Pharmacokinetic Properties].

● Use in men with liver dysfunction

Once daily dosing has not been evaluated in patients with hepatic dysfunction. Therefore, when prescribing, doctors must carefully evaluate the individual benefits/risks. (Refer to Section 11. <Special Groups>)

● Use in men with diabetes

No dosage adjustment is required in diabetic patients.

● Use in children and adolescents This medicine is used in people under 18 years of age.
