1) Efficacy and effect
Relief of subjective and objective symptoms of the following diseases: chronic lymphocytic leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, stomach cancer, bowel cancer, rectal cancer, lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, liver cancer, cervical cancer, breast cancer, head and neck tumor, bladder tumor.
2) For capacity
1. Intermittent administration:
As mitomycin C, 4 to 6 mg (potency) per day is injected intravenously 1 to 2 times a week.
2. Daily administration method
: Inject 2mg (titer) per day intravenously every day.
3. Massive intermittent dosing method
: Inject 10 to 30 mg (potency) per day intravenously at intervals of 1 to 3 weeks or more.
4. Combined use with other antitumor agents
: Administer 2 to 4 mg (potency) per day, 1 to 2 times a week in combination with other anti-tumor agents.
For administration methods 1 to 4, 2 to 10 mg (potency) per day is appropriately administered by arterial injection, intrathecal injection, or intrathoracic or intraperitoneal administration, as needed.
5. In case of bladder tumor
: To prevent recurrence, inject 4 to 10 mg (potency) intravesically once a day or every other day. For treatment, 10 to 40 mg (potency) is injected intravesically once a day.
Increase or decrease appropriately depending on age and symptoms.

Dissolve 2 mg (potency) of this drug in 5 mL of water for injection.
