1) Efficacy, effect

○ Effective bacterial species

Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli , Proteus, Staphylococcus (including penicillin and methicillin-like bacteria), Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Serratia, Citrobacter, Salmonella, Shigella ○ Multipurpose sepsis ( including neonatal sepsis) - Central Exceptions (including meningitis) - Urinary tract infection - Tumor infection - Tubal infection (including peritonitis) - Skin, bone and soft tissue infection (including burns and wounds) - Initial treatment of Gram-type bacteria - Initial treatment if the causative agent is unknown (penicillin or Sese) (Combined use with sporin-based drugs) - Endocarditis caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa (combined use with carbenicillin)

2) Usage, dosage

1. Patients with normal renal function

The treatment period is approximately 7 to 10 days, and may be extended in severe or incurable cases.

1) Adults: Gentamicin is administered in capsules or intramuscularly at a dose of 3 mg (potency) per kg of body weight per day every 8 hours. In case of life-threatening conditions, inject 5 mg (potency) per kg of body weight 3 to 4 times per day.

Congratulations on the improvement in symptoms, the highest blood concentration is 12μg/mL, and 2μg/mL just before the next administration is equivalent to not being congested.
