1) Efficacy, effect

1. Relief of various symptoms such as difficulty breathing due to airway obstructive disorder of the following diseases: bronchial asthma, asthmatic bronchitis, emphysema, chronic bronchitis

2. Congestive heart failure, cardiac asthma (attack prevention), Cheyne-Stokes breathing

2) Usage, dosage

Adults: As aminophylline hydrate, 250 mg at a time is diluted in saline solution or glucose injection solution and injected slowly intravenously or intravenously over 5 to 10 minutes 1 to 2 times a day. The dosing interval is at least 8 hours, and the maximum dose is 12 mg per kg of body weight per day.

Increase or decrease appropriately depending on symptoms.
