1) Efficacy and effect

1. Prevention and treatment of vitamin B1 deficiency
2. Supply when the demand for vitamin B1 is increasing and intake from food is insufficient (wasting disease, hyperthyroidism, pregnant women, lactating women, during intense physical labor, etc.)
3. Wernicke encephalopathy
4. Beriberi Heart Disorder
5. Cases presumed to be involved in vitamin B1 deficiency or metabolic disorders due to the following diseases:
1) Neuralgia
2) Muscle pain, joint pain
3) Peripheral neuritis, peripheral nerve paralysis
4) Myocardial metabolic disorders
5) Gastrointestinal motility disorders such as constipation
6) Postoperative intestinal paralysis

2) Dosage and usage

As fursultiamine, adults usually inject 5 to 100 mg per day subcutaneously, intramuscularly, or intravenously.
Increase or decrease appropriately depending on symptoms.
