Efficacy and effect

Treatment of erectile dysfunction

For this drug to be effective, sexual stimulation is required. This drug is not indicated for use by women.

Dosage and Administration

Use in adult males

The recommended dose of this drug is 10 mg, taken before anticipated sexual activity, regardless of food.

For patients who do not respond well to 10 mg of tadalafil, 20 mg may be tried. This drug can be administered at least 30 minutes before sexual activity.

The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once a day. This medicine is placed on the tongue immediately after taking it out of the individual package, allowed to dissolve, and taken without water.

Long-term safety has not been established after extended daily dosing, and because the effects of this drug usually last longer than a day, continuous daily dosing of this drug is strongly discouraged. [See 1. Warnings and 11.1) Pharmacodynamic characteristics]
