1) Efficacy and effect

Hypertension (essential, renal, etc.), primary aldosteronism, hypokalemia, cardiac edema (congestive heart failure), renal edema, hepatic edema, idiopathic edema

2) Usage, dosage

Adults: 50-100 mg per day as spironolactone, administered orally in divided doses. When administered as a diuretic, it is recommended to use it in combination with other diuretics. When discontinuing the administration of this drug, reduce the dose over 2-3 days and then discontinue.

Increase or decrease appropriately depending on age and symptoms.
