1) Efficacy, effect

1. Bleeding tendency believed to be related to systemic hyperfibrinolysis (leukemia, aplastic anemia, purpura, cancer, etc., and abnormal bleeding during and after surgery)
2. Abnormal bleeding thought to be related to local hyperfibrinolysis (pulmonary bleeding, genital bleeding, renal bleeding, abnormal bleeding during or after prostate surgery)

2) Usage, dosage

Tranexamic acid is usually administered orally at 750 to 2000 mg per day in 3 to 4 divided doses for adults.
Increase or decrease appropriately depending on age and symptoms.
